Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KarirAksi (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Description of Service
KarirAksi is an AI-powered job search workflow platform that helps professionals collect job opportunities, compare fit, prepare application drafts, and track progress. Features include manual browser capture, AI job matching, resume scoring, cover letter and recruiter reply draft generation, tailored CV generation, and application pipeline tracking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: (a) Provide accurate and complete information; (b) Maintain the security of your account credentials; (c) Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access; (d) Accept responsibility for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) Use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service; (c) Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization; (d) Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service's infrastructure; (e) Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications; (f) Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Subscriptions and Billing
The Service offers a free trial and paid access plans. By choosing a paid plan, you agree to: (a) Pay all applicable fees as described on the Pricing page; (b) Provide valid payment information; (c) Understand that paid access is activated after payment confirmation; (d) Understand that future access periods require you to manually create and pay a new billing invoice or payment link. Paid fees are non-refundable after payment confirmation except as described in the Refund Policy or required by law.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel a current paid access period through your account settings. Access remains available until the active period ends unless your account is suspended for violating these Terms. Cancellation does not refund the current paid period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KarirAksi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your resume and personal data. AI-generated content (cover letters, CVs) is licensed to you for personal use in job applications.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will secure employment through the use of the Service. Job matching scores and AI-generated content are advisory in nature and should be reviewed before submission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KarirAksi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
